Compared with Roller Suspension Pipe Making Machine, production equipment of forming unit uses the centrifugal machine instead of hanging roller machine, other equipment such as lifting equipment, steel skeleton molding machine and so on are the same as the roller suspension process.In order to save construction investment, can build the open production line.
Centrifugal molding using the manufacturing method is a molding, after feeding the concrete should be enclosed and flatted , to make the concrete uniformly , to ensure that after the machine get accelerated the centrifugal wall will be smooth. Feeding speed should on the basis of that the material can’t be throw out . The speed ,generally,should be controlled at 280 revolutions per minute (motor speed).
When open socket template, three symmetrical jacking screws must be inside of the mould at the same time, the top opening of the gap should be uniform, until completely separate.Lift the upper die, the port side should be slightly lift first, prevent jack pulled bad.After hanging up the mould, the pipe with special sling hanging out together with the socket panel, it is forbidden the hook to hook steel socket lifting. When die-filling , tighten the joint screw symmetrically , both ends of the running wheels must be correct, tighten on, To avoid when the centrifugal machine get to move, the pipe die shouldn’t beats or cause pipe ends.
