Beijing BaiDe Rubber & Plastic Products Co., Ltd, located in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area, is a high-tech corporation with independent intellectual property rights. The main business of the enterprise refers to production of rubber stealing strip,rubber tube, fender and filter. In soft environment, advanced management mode has been adoptedwhile lots of business and technical talents at home and abroad serve for the corporation. In hard environment, large amounts of production apparatus and detection devices imported from Germany, Italy and Taiwan have been equipped. The company has now cooperated with Beijing Research Design Institute of Rubber Industry on development of sealing elements, design and trial of materials, formulations, tooling and mold, CAD/CAE/CAM analysis, as well as information and standardization management. By adopting CAD/CAE technology in design of products, the company can analyze and predict stress state and deformation behavior of sealing strip, significantly shorten the trial period and response time,thereby improve the products quality. CAD is widely used in the company for the design of seal strip interface, modelling and drawing (map-making) so as to promote the products quality and shorten the R&D period. The company pursues the marketing concept of “market development is promoted by technical innovation”, the quality concept of “strict process control, continuous quality improvement and meet the customers’ need”, and the management concept of “specification, pragmatic, efficient”.
