The main advantages:
1. It has solved the problem of of split after thermal expansion and contraction stress which The first generation of silicone rubber has, and the price is lower than the latter.
2. It can reduce the cost of splicing angle through injection molding, because it can splicing angle directly.
3. It is made of the Low-carbon environment material which is recyclable. Silicone rubber and EPDM are both rubber and belong to thermosetting material which are unrecyclable.
4. The specific gravity of Silicone rubber is about 1.2 and the specific gravity of EPDM is above 1.3. While the specific gravity of this material is small ,DNS<1. So,it can reduce the weight of flat plate solar collectors.
5. The unique design of the product make it easy to install in case of breaking the glass.So it can reduce the cost and make it easier.
6. It has good air and waterproof property.its earthquake-resistant can reduce the frequency of vibration when in transit or on work ,and prevent the glass from being broken.
7. Its service life exceed 25 years. Applicable temperature range from -50℃ to 180℃
