J&X also focus on the Metal solid enchase self-lubricating bearings. It’s made from strong metals for example brass and the high purity graphite. It breaks through the limit of general bearing whose lubrication depends on oil film. Therefore it is suitable for high temperature, heavy pressure, anti-corrosion conditions. It is now widely applied in successive casting machines, steel rollers in metallurgy, mineral machine, ships, steam turbine, hydraulic turbines and injunction molding machines for plastics. The usage temperature should be under 400 ℃.
