Bentonite Geosynthetic clay liners (GCL) consist of bentonite, woven between two geotextile layers. This lining mechanism uses the properties of bentonite and the material to which it is bonded holds the clay in place. GCLs are used in a range of environmental and containment applications include landfill cappings and cutoff walls to contain pollution.
Our product advantage
- Easy for construction: GCL has the shortest construction duration among the current geosynthetic materials. It can be fixed by bentonite powder, nails and gasket, and after the construction, there will be no particular inspection needed.
- Good adaption: our GCL is highly resistance to damage from the environment. It still works as your expectation under extreme low temperature.
- Eco-friendly: our GCL is made of natural sodium bentonite, which gives no pressure to the local environment and has no influence on human.
- Long-lasting waterproof ability: because our GCL is natural material, it will not age or corrode even after long period of time.
We have GCLs ( ref JGCL and JSGCL) and composite GCLs with HDPE liners laminated onto the GCLs (our ref no. JHM-JCL & JHM-SGCL)
