GALVANIZED IRON WIRE

Galvanized iron wire can be divided into: hot dip galvanized wire and electro galvanized wire.

Galvanized Iron wire Materials: 

good quality galvanized iron wire from choice low carbon steel wire, through the process of wire drawing, 

acid washing and rust removing, annealing and coiling. 

Galvanized iron wire Usage: This kind of wire is extensively used in woven wire mesh, express way fencing mesh, packaging of products,communication equipment, medical equipment and weaving nets, brushes, cables, filters, high pressure pipe, construction, handicrafts and other industries.

Features: galvanized wire we produce offers excellent flexibility and softness. The zinc coating can be 100g/m2, 200g/m2 and 300g/m2.

The common sizes applied for electro galvanized wire and hotdip galvanized wire are from BWG8# to BWG16#. 

Wire with smaller diameter or bigger one also available for customers special requirment.

Galvanized steel wire can be supplied in coil wire, cut wire or U type wire. 

Galvanized iron wire Packages:

Single coil package for galvanized iron wire can be different from 0.4 kg to 1000 kg.
