The outdoor cabinet/base station cooling heat exchanger is specifically designed for the cabinet and base station. 

Make use of temperature difference inside and outside of cabinet, exchange the heat through the heat exchanger 

core, be realized on the temperature adjustment, so as to satisfied the heat dissipation.Perfectly achieve high 

efficiency operation through the usage of nature cooling technology.It is much more reliable,much more cheaper 

comparing with air conditioner solution.Indoor air and outdoor air are isolated perfectly, eliminate the dust 

contamination issue caused by ventilation, with low noise and safety.The heat exchanger core is made of 

aluminium foil, with goodthermal conductivity, long service life, is easy to maintain, the heat efficiency above

75%.The  products can be widely used in telecom communication, power distribution, CNC mchine, windmill

etc automation Industry, for space cooling.

 

 

Working Principle

 

The outdoor cabinet/base station cooling heat exchanger was divided into operational ircle parts, they are 

isolated from each other, in order to achieve water-proof and dustproof purposes.Two circles achieve the heat 

exchange in heat exchanger core.

 

Outer circle: The cold outdoor air enter into the heat exchanger from #1 air inlet, through the heat exchanger 

core, recover the heat from inter cycle, and expel from #2 air outlet.

 

Inter circle: The cabinet/base station internal temperature were rise up because of the electron components 

working, the hot air enter into the heat exchanger from #3 air inlet, transfer the heat to cold outdoor air, and 

expel from #4 air outlet, then draw back into the cabinet and base station, so as to cool the electron 

components and equipment.
