We wholesale High efficient workshop ventilation system
Advantages:
1. Molding punch structure are taken to the manufacturing process. It is complex in manufacturing. But it is stable and no deformation. The steel consumption is half of normal heat exchanger.
2. New structure of heat exchange plate are taken. It giantly enchanced the heat transfer coeffient of the heat exchanger. Heat tranfer efficient is 2~3 times of normal tubular heat exchanger and fin tubes heat exchanger. The total file heat tranfer coefficient is higer than 45W/m2.
3. No leakage due to the whole welding structure are taken.
4.Special expansion and elastic structure are taken to meet thermal expansion and contraction. The equipment can meet high temperature of 950℃ conditions.
5. Modularization design are taken. Random combinations can be make to form large heat exchanger of 10000m2
6. Combined insulation are taken. Surface temperature of the equipment will lower than 40℃.
Application: Recover waste gas to generate hot air or hot gas
