ERA air plate heat exchanger
Introduction:
The ERA cross flow plate heat exchanger core is major made of antiseptic hydrophilic aluminium foil, also have epoxy coating aluminium foil to choose from, the ERA do not have secondarypollution, but with fastthermal conductivity, and high heat efficiency. The frame is made of galvanized sheet.
Working principle:
The ERA heat exchanger core is major part of heat recovery ventilator(HRV). Because the different temperature between the HRV's fresh air and exhaust air, the air is forced to crossover through the heat exchanger core, the heat is transfer from the hotter side to the colder side, so as to recover the energy from exhaust air. Two airstream never come into direct contact, make sure no cross contamination.
Features:
1.Adopt antiseptic hydrophilic aluminium, resistant to corrosion, with long service life.
2.Module and compact structure, no use of rivets or screws.
3.No running components, low maintenance cost.
4.Suitable for washing with water or neutral detergent.
5. Extremly high strength and pressure related stability.
