1. Q: MOQ? Payment term?
R: Usually the MOQ of all profiles in one order is 5000kgs, but it can be adjusted by negotiating. The payments: (1)30% T/T as deposit, 70% against the B/L copy; (2)L/C at sight.

2. Q: Can you supply OEM services? How much is the mould cost?
R: We can supply OEM services. The mould cost usually between USD200 to USD500 per set, and we will return the 100% mould cost to you when the orders qty reach at 5 tons (curtain wall and industry profiles need 10 tons).

3. Q: Are the prices the same for all the colors with same surface treatment ?
R: Not yet, about Powder coating, the bright-coloured will higher than white or gray; about the Anodizing, colorful will higher than silver, and black higher than colorful.

4. Q: Is the price of Curtain wall and Industry profile the same with windows and door?
R: The price of Curtain wall and Industry profiles is a little higher than usual window and door. Because the thickness and structure of curtain wall and Industry profiles is different than usual windows and doors, as well as production difficulty and raw material rejection rate.

5. Q: What is the main market?
R: Our main foreign markets are Asia, Africa, America, Europe.

6. Q: Which way do you calculate the weight by?
R: We calculae it according to the theoretical weight or the actual weight, it depends on the clients requirements.

7. Q: How to control the quality?
R: 1. IQC- incoming inspection (the element components of aluminum ingot) 2. PQC/IPQC- Producing Quality Control/ InPut Process Quality Control, including the element componests of aluminum billet, first article inspection( dimensions and surface), Process Quality Control( dimensions and surface), Hardness testing, CASS testing, powder coating testing, Random Inspection 3. FQC(Final Quality Control) 4. OQC(Outgoing Quality Control)

Surface Treatment and colors:

1.Mill Finish/Clear: natrual status of aluminum itself ,with a thin natural anodic layer formed in the air ,weak corrosion resistance.

2.Anodized Silver/Black/Bronze/Champagne: The anodic oxidation layer forms by an electrical process on the surface of the profiles which can be 8-25 um thickness and in different colour.

3.Powder Coating and PVDF: powdered paint is electrostatically charged and sprayed onto the surface of the profiles,to form a thick layer to protect the surface. All Ral colour can be appointed for this finishing.

4.Wooden Grain: Painting coating on the surface of the profile after the anodizing process which will make profiles look more shining and clearer.
