Rider Glass – 8-22mm Tempered Glass Entrance Door
- Tempered glass is produced by heating annealed glass in a furnace to 620°C. Progressing from the furnace, the glass is rapidly cooled with jets of cold air, inducing compressive stresses to the surface while the center remains tensile.
- 4-5 times stronger than annealed glass of the same thickness.
- Stronger resistance to thermal breakage than annealed or heat strengthened glass
- If breakage occurs the glass breaks up into small, cubical fragments, which are not threatening to humans.
Considering the characteristics of tempered glass, glass size should be confirmed before making production. Once tempered glass size is confirmed, tempered glass can not be made mechanical treatment any more, otherwise, it will be broken. If breakage occurs the glass breaks up into small, cubical fragments, which are not threatening to humans.

Q. What the your glass package ? Are they safe ?
Answer :Seaworthy strong plywood crates with paper interleave . The crates will be very strong and every loading worker has 23 years packed, loading and fixation crates with container experience. And we send the loading pictures for you after we loading .
Q. What is your payment term ?
Answer : Our payment term is T/T 30% in advance ,70% after get the copy of B/L .
If your glass quantity is less, we want to TT 100% . You can payment By T/T, L/C at sight.
Q. Can you supply a free samples ?
Answer: yes, if you want us to provide big size sample according to your requirements, you should pay the cost of production.
