Product Description
Laminated glass is a type of safety glass that holds together when shattered. In the event of breaking, it is held in place by an interlayer or film, typically of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) or ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) or SGP film, between its two or more layers of glass.
Glass thickness: 3mm,5mm,6mm,8mm,10mm,12mm,15mm,19mm
Pvb thickness: 0.38mm,0.76mm,1.14mm,1.52mm,1.90mm,2.28mm
FEATURES
1) Extremely high safety: The PVB interlayer withstands penetration from impact.
2) Energy-saving building materials: PVB interlayer impedes the transmission of solar heat and reduces cooling loads.
3) Create aesthetic sense to building: Laminated glass with a tinted interlayer will beautify the buildings and harmonize their appearances with surrounding views which meet the demand of architects.
4) Sound control: PVB interlayer is an effective absorber of sound.
5) Ultraviolet screening: The interlayer filters out ultraviolet rays and prevents the furniture and curtains fro fading effect.
Processing technique
Two layers of glass "sandwiched" together with a PVB interlayer, laminated glass is the one glass that reconciles the aesthetic benefits of glass with a genuine concern for safety; offering superior protection against glass breakage, as well as harmful solar rays and hazardous noise levels.
Due to the adhesive properties of the PVB, Rider takes careful precautions to prevent unwanted particles from attaching to the PVB during the adhesion process.

Q. What the your glass package ? Are they safe ?
Answer :Seaworthy strong plywood crates with paper interleave . The crates will be very strong and every loading worker has 23 years packed, loading and fixation crates with container experience. And we send the loading pictures for you after we loading .
Q. What is your payment term ?
Answer : Our payment term is T/T 30% in advance ,70% after get the copy of B/L .
If your glass quantity is less, we want to TT 100% . You can payment By T/T, L/C at sight.
Q. Can you supply a free samples ?
Answer: yes, if you want us to provide big size sample according to your requirements, you should pay the cost of production.
