VULCAN Polycarbonate LED Panel Solid Flat LiteGuide is specially designed for structures, buildings and greenhouses requiring dispersed and soft lighting. Dispersed lighting eliminates burn on plants, vegetation, animals and even human beings.
Its high impact strengh and ablility to withstand difficult weather conditions makes it the perfect choice over glass, FRP and Acrylic*.
*Polycarbonate impact strength: 250 times over glass, 10 times over FRP and Acrylic.
VULCAN Polycarbonate LED Solid Flat LiteGuide panel/sheet uses Optical grade UV400 raw material imported from Bayer Germany, which is identical to raw materials used on high-end LED TV panels, and are double sided, UV400 co-extruded, using SD Polyca UV400 material from Sumitom Dow Chemicals Japan, thus providing maximum protection against harmful UV rays, both in and out.
VULCAN Polycarbonate LED Solid Flat LiteGuide panel/sheet are double sided, UV400 co-extruded with Extrusion Dies Industries (EDI) feedblocks, and controlled by Dynicso systems, thus providing maximum protection against harmful UV rays, both inside and out.
VULCAN Polycarbonate LED Solid Flat LiteGuide panel/sheet are produced from Asia's largest polycarbonate extrusion machine.
Powered by Toshiba-Hitachi, VULCAN Polycarbonate LED SOLID FLAT LiteGuide panel/sheet can reach a thickness of 15mm, the thickest in the industry.
Impurity leads to less quality, which is why VULCAN Polycarbonate LED Solid Flat panels/sheets are produced in Class 5000 clean rooms; the cleaner the environment, the cleaner the sheets, and hence a longer lifespan.
