Exceptional Strength and Glazing Properties
VULCAN Polycarbonate Valuview Solid Flat sheet is often used as security glazing due to it's high impact resistance, weatherability, light transmission rate, and fire-retardant properties. Its high impact strengh and ablility to withstand difficult weather conditions makes it the perfect choice over glass, FRP and Acrylic*. Customers rely on VULCAN Polycarbonate Valuview Solid Flat sheet to protect their premises.
*Polycarbonate impact strength: 250 times over glass, 10 times over FRP and Acrylic.
VULCAN Polycarbonate Valuview SOLID FLAT sheets are double sided, UV400 co-extruded with Extrusion Dies Industries (EDI) feedblocks, using SD Polyca Optical Grade UV400 material from Sumitomo Dow Chemicals Japan, thus providing maximum protection against harmful UV rays, both inside and out.
VULCAN Polycarbonate Valuview SOLID FLAT sheets are produced from Asia's larget polycarbonate extrusion machine.
Powered by Toshiba-Hitachi, VULCAN Polycarbonate Valuview SOLID FLAT sheet can reach a thickness of 15mm, the thickest in the industry.
Impurity leads to less quality, which is why VULCAN Polycarbonate Valuview SOLID FLAT sheets are produced in Class 5000 clean rooms; the cleaner the environment, the cleaner the sheets, and hence a longer lifespan.
Standard colors are: Clear, Bronze, Blue, Green and Opal; other colors can be made to order.
