Rulesfor the installation of Usure FRP daylighting sheet
The FRP daylighting sheet is a durable daylighting product designed for weathering resistance.
Install it carefully for fear of amage or scratch , which might influence its service lige . In the lap joint of the daylighting sheet with the color steel sheet , the former shall be put over the latter .
1.The bore diameter must be 2-3mm more than the fixing screw diameter for fear of expansion caused by heat and contraction caused by cold .
2.A premium waterproof washer must be put between a screw and a daylighting sheet for the waterproof and dustproof and dustproof effects .
3.A double-sided adhesive tape must be put over the purline for fear of the direct friction between the daylighting sheet and the purline.
4.There should be two double-sided adhesive tapes in the vertical lap joint position for a waterproof effect .
5.In the storage of a daylighting sheet , don’t put stress on it for fear of its breaking .

Common waveform sheet lap joint : Put the daylighting sheets directly onto the surrounding profiled steel sheets with the butyl rubber tape fastened to the joints on the sides of the steel sheets ; The end along the daylighting sheet length shall be put on the purline , overlapping the steel sheet by over 250mm , with two pieces of 2*20mm Butyl rubber tapes at the lap joint end.
