1. According to the weaving, Paper Machine Clothing can be divided into 4-shed,
5- shed, 7-shed, 8-shed, 16-shed, 24-shed etc.
2. According to the category, it can be divided into single layer fabric, double layer fabric,
two-and a half layer fabric and three-layer fabric
Usage:
4-shed single layer Paper Machine Clothing is standard type of polyester forming fabric in paper making, mainly used for producing cultural paper printing paper, packing paper and so on.
5-shed single layer Paper Machine Clothing is suitable for making healthy, culture and packing papers etc.
8-shed single layer Paper Machine Clothing is the most wear-resisting one in the single layer screen, which have long performance life, but mesh print is relatively deep. It is mainly used for copying the papermaking bag, craft paper, cardboard, corrugated paper and so on.
7-shed double layer Paper Machine Clothing is suitable for quality printing paper and tissue paper etc.
8-shed double layer Paper Machine Clothing is suitable for quality printing paper, tissue paper and the surface pulp and inner pulp of the board paper etc.
8-shed, 16-shed double and a half layer Paper Machine Clothing is suitable for making quality printing paper, tissue paper and surface pulp, inner pulp and base pulp of the board paper etc.
Multi-shed three-layer Paper Machine Clothing suitable for making quality printing paper, tissue paper and cigarette paper etc.

1.What payment term you accept, and usually do?
We usually accept and do T/T payments,30% deposit in advance,and the balance against the copy of BL.
We also accept L/C payment.
2.What's your MOQ and do the price relate to the quantity?
Our MOQ for wire is 1 ton,MOQ for mesh is 100 rolls. The price is diffenent , if the quantity is different.
3.If we want sample,how much do we need to pay?
A piece of mesh or 0-0.5kg wire is free,you just need to pay the freight.
4.If we just want a trial order, not a full container, how to ship them and what's the price?
If a order not a full container, then goods need to be shipped LCL. If you don't know how to deal, we can quotate you CIF price, and ship the goods to the designated port.
