The furnace includes loading table, heating section, flat quenching, unloading table, blowing & cooling system and control system .

1).Loading table is composed of rubber-covered rollers with Aluminum profile and Pillow Block Bearing
2).PLC is OMRON product.
3).Industrial computer is EVOC product.
4).Inverters are SIEMENS products or equivalent ones.

The training of parameter selection range ; Control software operating training; The basic cleaning and maintenance of the machine; Common hardware fault handling,etc.
3). Maintenance and Training Costs
One year free warranty for the whole machine, lifelong maintenance. Our company supplies free training in our factory for two weeks after installation and adjustment.
