1.Brief introduction

The Glass tempering furnace is composed of loading section, heating section; tempering section, and unloading section. Adopting most advanced double-row blower jet and heating technology, the heat transfer efficiency is greatly increased than conventional convection furnace. The productivity is improved, the glass quality is better, and more energy efficient. Unique hot air circulation system makes pressure stable in the furnace, and the uniformity of furnace temperature is greatly increased. It is especially suitable for the heating of coated glass and Low-E glass.
