Laser-welded 5 layers pex-al-pex Multilayer pipe
Pe-al-pe pipes are designed with special polythene both inside and outside, being clean and smooth. The aluminum layer in the middle is of 100% insulation.

It can weld in extreme low temperature so it does not affect the inner pipeand adhesive. While use arc-welding method the heating surface is large and the welding temperature is very high. So the adhesive is remelted and flow away, the adhesion becomes uneven. High precision of laser welding makes the welding beam strong and very even.
