♥Introduction
The hdpe ball valve is made of PE 100 HDPE virgin material and has the characters of reliable connection, low temperature impact resistance, good cracking resistance, good wear resistance.good flexibility and good economical efficiency.
♥Advantage
1. Low Temperature Impact Resistance: Polyethylene low temperature brittle temperature is very low, can be used safely from -60°c to -40°c. During winter construction,it is not prone to pipe embitterment as its good material impact resistance.
2.Good Cracking Resistance: PE has low notch sensitivity, high shear strength,excellent resistance to scratchs ability, outstanding environmental stress cracking resistance performance.
3.Anti-aging,Long Service Life: PE pipe can be stored or used at outdoor or open-air for 50 years and not subjected to ultraviolet radiation damage.
4.Good Wear Resistance: The wear resistance of the PE pipe is four times than steel pipes. In the field of sturry transportation, PE pipe has better abrasion resistance compared with steel pipe,which means the former has longer lifespan and better economic efficiency.
5. Good Flexibility: PE pipe's feature of flexibility makes it easy to bend. We can take the method of change the direction of the pipes to bypass the obstacle during project installation.
6.Small Flow Resistance: PE pipe has a smooth inner surface and its manning coefficient is 0.009. The smooth surface and non-adherent characteristics guarantee PE pipes have higher transmission capacity than traditional pipes and also reduce the pipeline pressure losses and energy consumption of water converyance.
7.Good Economical Efficiency: The factors of PE pipes have long life, good performance of water conservancy and convenient construction,etc, so the overall cost is lower.
