The instrument uses lever plus weight method to exert loading force, , lever ratio : 1:6. 
Displacement sensor for measuring the vertical distance between the base plate and the presser foot

Specification:

pressing foot size : smooth round structure if 25cm² area, weight: 5Kn , pressure force exterted by pressing foot on specimen 
Base plate: more than 2times of pressing foot
vertical loading by lever and weights, value is 20±0.1Kpa,200±01Kpa.
