1. Application:

• This apparatus is used to to recycle the trichloroethylene in the asphalt solution
• In order to test the asphalt mixing product's quality in hot-mixed and hot laid asphalt mixture pavement's construction, and to test the asphalt amount of asphalt mixture in investigating of old road, it needs to use centrifugation method to do the asphalt content testing for asphalt mixture.  In this testing, it must use trichloroethylene as the solvent to extract solution from the asphalt mixture. Due to the high dosage of trichloroethylene which is quite expensive, it is necessary to recycle the trichloroethylene in the asphalt solution.

• Working condition:  temperature 0~40^oC, relative humity no more than 85%, no merchanical shock, and no corrosive gas.
• One time recycling liquid vilume; 1500ml~3500ml
• Setting error for temperature control apparatus: less than 86^oC±1^oC,

           shift difference: <±0.75%

           temperature overshoot: <2^oC

           temperature keeping to shift time: ≥4min.
