Medium wave gold tube infrared emitter 4800W
Specifications:
- Structure: outside is quartz envelope(tube), inside is heating filament(wire) and with two sides or one side end cap(terminals).
- Material:high-level quartz ( Decarboxylase Index<5ppm/cm) which can be used for a high temperature furnace, oven or drying system, stable and reliable heating filament(wire), different types of end caps.
- Voltages: 110/220/240/380/460/480V, etc.
- Power: 300W-9000W.
- Length: 300 to 3000mm normally, max up to 6000mm long
- Outer diameter: 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 20mm for single tube, 23*11mm and 33*15mm for twin tube.
- · Surface temperature of heater divides into three grades:
o Low temperature: 400 to 600℃
o Mid temperature: 600 to 800℃
o High temperature: 800 to 1000℃
