Specifications
The line is manufactured and developed successfully by our compand with reference to the abroad advanced technology.The line is manufactured and developed successfully by our compand with reference to the abroad advanced technology. The structure of the line is novel and the designing is reasonable. Iy can exert sufficiently the extruding ability of extruder and reduce energy consumption, so it is the best ideal equipment to produce the small caliber pipe.
The extruder is adopted of couter-rotating conical twin screw extruder and controlled by converting frequency and with the automatic contral system of water temperature and vacuum so as to realize the cooling of two pipes in the same time and save the energy consumption. The haul-off unit is also adopted of the frequency conversion and speed regulation contral system,and this can cchieve to regulate speed in the identical proportion with extruder, and so is can be the unified regulation of 2 pipes or single regulation and control of one pipe. The cutting part joins the haul-off unit as a whole,and this saves the space and can be cut in a fixed length. The pvc plastics pipes produced by the line can be used as water supply pipes in building and prodective pipes for cable and wire etc.
