Frist traction 1. First tration adopts torque motor, with worm gearbox to assure the even winding speed. 2. The driven roller is steel, the passive roller is NBR roller, their hardness is 60 shaw, which is proper for winding 3. The distance between two rollers are controled by air cylinder, the clamp strength is adjustable. 4. The windding speed is 3-30m/min, with meter counter, so you can get the length you want for per film roller.

Folding device 1. Herringbone and gusset adopts good design, which can promise the film have no wrinkles even you need to fold the film to 4 layers. 2. You can get 8 layers film by inverted triangle device, to reduce the length of film roller
