Working Principle

When power supply is connected to the cable the ends of two conductors can not be connected, the current flows from one conductor to another by way of parallel-connected PTC materials to form a circuit. Electricity can raise the temperature in the materials, with that its resistance increases.When the temperature rises to a certain value and the resistance is so high and almost interdict the current, its temperature stops rise. In the meantime it transfers heat to the low temp part through the sheath.

The products are mainly used in petroleum, chemical, steel, power and other industrial enterprises and instrumentation pipe storage containers with thermal insulation box, antifreeze, anticoagulant, and fire hydrant ice insulation.
