Based on customer’s mining request, The cutter suction dredger is cutter suction style with whole steel welded body and hydraulic pump.

1. This cutter suction dredger is applicable in inland waterways, canals and reservuirs;

2. The whole cutter suction dredger is dismountable in road and sea transportation sections;

3. Engine room and pump section are accessible by watertight hatches;

4. Cutter shaft runs on roller type bearings in an enclosed shaft housing flooded with lubrication oil a lock oil tank to ensure a positive pressure

inside the bearing housing is located on top of the wheelhouse;

5. The spacious control cabin is ergonomically designed fitted on a raised platform with all around non obstructed view, 2 operators consoles containing engine instrumentation and controls for winches, dredge pump, suction and discharge pressure gauges, navigation light controls, airconditioned and well insulated;

6. Below the control cabin is a changing room located with table, chairs and washbasin;

7.The underwater section of the cutter suction dredger is protected with a marine coating system and cathodic protection for use in a saltwater environment.
