A. MODELS & SPECIFICATIONS
We have three types of iron mining dredger, iron mining jet suction dredger and iron mining cutter suction dredger and iron mining bucket chain dredger. Below is iron mining jet suction dredger:

We can supply many models of magnetic separator. If you need is not in the below list, please tell us, we can accept your requirements and make it for you.
If there is no water, the dredger is not necessary to use for sand dredging, so we just use loader or excavator to dig sand. We should use the dry land iron mining machine(or iron separating equipment). Below is the iron mining machine list:
B. DESCRIPTION & ABSTRACT
In many places, there is iron powder in the river sand, so many people want to separate the iron powder from sand. In the river shore or alluvial riverbed, there is no water , so you can use magnetic separator machine (or iron powder mining equipment) to process the sand. This machine is feeding by loader or excavator and remove stones by sand trommel, at last the sand flow through the magnetic separator. If you also need sand and want to make it cleaner, we can supply sand washer plant and conveyor equipment. But in the river, you have to use a dredger to dredge sand from the river bottom first and then process.
If you need not only iron powder, but also gold powder, and sand. We can supply discharge pump and pipe, sand carrier, sand washer, conveyor equipment, and small boat for iron powder.
C. APPLICATIONS & USE
PURPOSE: The iron mining dredger and iron mining machine is mainly used for iron powder separating from river sand or sea sand.
Working conditions: Max. Temperature40℃; Min. Temperature -10℃; Max. Water Temperature32℃; Relative Humidity less than 70%.
D. WORKING PRINCIPLE
How does the magnetic separator work?
Under the action of water flow, ore slurry goes into the magnetic separator, in the magnetic field, the magnetic mineral particles form a magnetic group, attach to the surface of the magnetic drum, and accompany with magnetic separator scroll, because of different magnetism in the mineral particles, the mineral particles who have no magnetism, are thrown out of the drum, but magnetic particles would go with the drum scroll to its another side. This side is not magnetic, so it will fall into the collection hopper.

1. Packing
All the dredgers and machines have no package. We load all the goods in the container without package.
If you just order some small parts or engines or machines, we should put the goods inside the woodbox.
2. Loading
We would put all the small parts inside the pontoons or boxes. we would depart the dredgers into several parts, so we can put it in the container. If we can't put it in the container, we have to order the bulk cargo.
3. Shipping
We will choose the cheapest and fastest ship for the customer. if all the goods can put in the container, we won't order the bulk cargo ship, if it can't, we have to order the bulk cargo ship, if you just order several small machines, and it can't be full of one container, we will send it by LCL (less than container load).
