A. MODELS & SPECIFICATIONS
The first type, sand bucket chain dredger without sand washing machine. If you don’t need to remove the stones or separate different sizes, or there is no stones in sand, please check the blow list:
If there is too much mud and you want to remove the mud from sand, we can install the sand washing machine in the dredger. We have two types of sand washer plant, wheel bucket washer and bucket chain washer, please check the below list:
B. DESCRIPTION & ABSTRACT
The sand bucket chain dredger is also called sand bucket dredging machine, sand bucket chain digging equipment, sand mining bucket dredger, etc.
The sand bucket chain dredger is made up of two pontoons, one gantry frame, one ladder, many buckets, one ladder winch, one or two diesel engine or diesel engine generator or more, one main steel structure, one screen, one washer, two conveyor or more, two anchors and ropes or more, one cabin or more.
The dredger's engines: Usually we use three kinds, first diesel engine, second, diesel engine generator and electric motors, third just electric motors. If there is electricity, we advise the third one, and if not, we advise the first one, and if you mine gold and iron, we advise the second one. As to the engine and motor brand, if you need England's, America's, Japan's, Germany's, please tell us in advance, if not, we will select our own country's.
If you want to make sand clean and tiny, you have to install a set of sand screen and/or sand washer. If there are many stones in your sand, and you need to remove stones from sand, we advise you install a sand screen; If there is much clay in your sand, and you need to wash out of the clay, we advise you install a sand washer in the sand dredger.
If you need to get sand, small stones and big stones or more, we advise you install a big sand screen to separate sand into three or four kinds of material. So you need to add two or more conveyors. We will design the conveyor length according to your needs, but usually we supply 5-20m conveyor, and if you have special need, please tell us, and we will research and find the other method to solve out.
How to choose and install the sand washer? We have two types of sand washer plant, wheel bucket washer and bucket chain washer. If there is a little mud, I think the wheel bucket washer is enough, if too much mud, we advise the bucket chain washer, and you can install two or three sets of sand washer to make the sand cleaner.
In the sand bucket dredger we can install some ore mining equipment, like gold panning machine, iron mining machine, so it can get gold or iron powder.
If it works near to the shore, the sand can be transported to the shore directly by conveyor, but if it works far away from the shore, you should have two or three small sand carriers to transport sand.
C. APPLICATIONS & USE
PURPOSE: The sand bucket chain dredger is mainly used for dredging sand, gold mining, sand separating, mud washing and ore mining in the river, lagoon, lake, reservoir, creek, and pond.
Working conditions: Max. Temperature40℃; Min. Temperature -10℃; Max. Water Temperature32℃; Relative Humidity less than 70%.
D. WORKING PRINCIPLE
The sand bucket chain dredger is working in the river. The main engine drives a big reducer to make the bucket chain move along the bucket ladder. The buckets are installed on the bucket chains and supported by the bucket bar on the ladder. So the bucket will move on the ladder round and round. Sand will be transported to the sand screen from river bottom. Then the sand screen and sand washer would make sand clean. At last, the clean sand will be moved to the river shore by conveyor.
E. INSTALLATION & TRAINING
The sand bucket chain dredger would be built in our company yard, and then we take apart and separate several parts so it can be transported by truck. If it can’t be loaded in the containers, we have to ship it by bulk cargo. We will put all the small parts inside the dredger side pontoons to save the space and freight cost. After the goods arrives at the dredger working site, we will send our engineers to install it for the customer. If your workers need to be trained, we also can send the professional operators to train them. If you need Chinese operator to work for you ,we can look for the professional workers in China .
F. DELIVERY & PAYMENT
Usually we have no finished dredgers in store. But we can build it as soon as possible. Usually we will build it in 15-30days. The bigger model, the more time.
Payment terms: 30% deposit and before loading, the balance. We just can accept T/T. If you want to pay by L/C, please ask us. We will check if we can accept. Thank you.

1. Packing
All the dredgers and machines have no package. We load all the goods in the container without package.
If you just order some small parts or engines or machines, we should put the goods inside the woodbox.
2. Loading
We would put all the small parts inside the pontoons or boxes. we would depart the dredgers into several parts, so we can put it in the container. If we can't put it in the container, we have to order the bulk cargo.
3. Shipping
We will choose the cheapest and fastest ship for the customer. if all the goods can put in the container, we won't order the bulk cargo ship, if it can't, we have to order the bulk cargo ship, if you just order several small machines, and it can't be full of one container, we will send it by LCL (less than container load).

After the goods arrives at the dredger or machine working site, we will send our engineers to install it for the customer. but we don't afford the installation expense, for example, freight, visa, foods, accommodation, labors, installation tools.
2. Training
If your workers need to be trained, we also can send the professional operators to train them. but we won't afford any cost of training.
3. Professional workers
If you need the professional workers, we can look for them for you in China, but we won't afford any expense and we should get some commission.
4. spare parts
When you order the goods, you should order some spare parts at the same time and load in containers, if some part is broken, you can change at once.
5. maintainance service
We have no oversea department to supply service. If the dredger or machine can't work, we can send engineers to maintain for you, but you should afford all the maintainance expense.
1. Delivery
Usually we have no finished dredgers or machines in store. But we can build it as soon as possible. Usually we will build it in 10-60days. The bigger model, the more time. If you want to know the accurate time of delivery, please reply to me.
2. Payment terms
cutter suction dredger: 30% deposit, after pontoons finished, 30%-50%, balance before loading.
Theothers: 30% deposit and before loading, the balance.
