The NG-51M produced by our factory is a function machine of the product line, lt is specially designed for the final package of the finished mattress in the end of the product line, film packaging machine make use of plastic to pack finished mattress and then seal, so that protect the product and also make the product more elegant.
1. The automatic level is extremely high , Under a manless working flow, the machine itself carried out all the operations from the feeding and processing to the delivering the mattress bodies.
2. Sited freely in the end of the product line, the machine will pack the finished products.

4. Perfect seal of film provides more security in storage & delivery.
5. Accepts mixed product length, width and thickness, in any sequence / seal bars are self-adjusting for all mattress sizes.
6. Automatically wraps mattresses or foundations up to 2 units in one minute.
8. Accepts all kinds of finished mattresses and soft cushions made from sponge.
9. Available wrapper : PE plastic film
10. Unique water&wind- circulation system to chill heat-seal bars and provide perfect seal.
