Our THYP720360 Plastic seedling tray molding machine, is a combination of machine, electricity, gas, hydraulic integration design.
It has the function of the chain-type transmission feeding, heating of the tunnel. It is heating controlled by regulator, temperature accuracy, heat evenly. This machine is a high-speed molding device which product is once complete of one sheet feeding, heating, molding, cutting.
Usage range:
It is mainly apply to PVC, HIPS, PET etc. reel sheets whole pressure processing. Such as the water rice seedling tray, plants seedling tray, electronic tray and so on.
We can provide the machinces and the moulds and even the finished produces such as rice seedling tray 287/353/434 cell and plant seedling tray 32/50/72/98/105/128/200/228/288/406/512 cells. We also accept customized order. You can provide us sample or drawing We can develop new mould for your sepcial requiryment.
