Automatic plastic thermoforming machine is a combination of machine, electricity, gas, hydraulic integration design.
There are two kinds of machine. One is controlled by microcomputer programmable controller (PLC), the other kind is controlled by temperature programmable controller (PID). It has the function of heating, forming in the same location and one-time, automatically sending piece, the whole plate cutting. Our machines have the advantages of simple operation, power saving, and fast speed. It is used for variety of thermoplastic sheets of the second time heat forming process.
Usage range:
It is mainly used in BOPS, PVC,HIPS,PP, PET and so on various heating plastic of the packing of food and medicine and some other plastic products, as following:food box, cake box, fast food box, cake tray, super-market tray, medicine and injection tray, and oral liquid tray.
