Vacuum thermoformed and punching,very simple technology and high production.So the price will be very cheap. |
| C.All the materials we used: |
for electronic,hardwarel tools and so on. Advantages:the cheapest and very commen material.Very easy to be sealed by heat sealing machine and high frequency. Disadvantage:not environmental and food-grade.Once flambe,it will produce chloration,what will do bad to the environment.It will also take long time to have national degradation,about 100 years. PS(Poly Styrene):Normal color is black and white,if other color,MOQ is 1 ton,mainly is used to produce blister tray. Advantages: very easy to be vacuum thermoformed and it is environmental material.Always molded into trays, including flocking trays.Widely used in electron,medical,food,cosmetic,hardware and so on. Disadvantage: relatively speaking,it is a bit fragile and easy to be torn off. PP(Propene Polymer): Normal color is semitransparent,black and white,if other color,MOQ is 2 ton,mainly is used to produce blister packaging for food. Advantages: Food grade materials.high melting point and can be microwaveable.Widely used in food packaging. Disadvantage: shrink material,not easy to be vacuum thermoformed;has not passed the Halogen Free test but it is food grade material. PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate): Normal color is transparent,also can be other color,but MOQ is 2ton.Food grade materials.It have two types A-PET and PETG Advantages: Food grade materials.High transparent materials.PETG is more transparent than PET,but also more expensive. Disadvantage: There seems no obvious disadvantage for PET materials.It looks to be similar to PVC,but more expensive. |
