The KingCenter is a GSM SMS Alarm Remote Monitoring Center, it is easy to use and user friendly design.
The KingCenter supports almost all GSM SMS Alarm Panels and GSM SMS Controllers. It suitable for remote monitoring the GSM SMS Alarm Systems and GSM SMS Controllers that installed in the countryside or worldwide in the computer.
How does the KingCenter works?
The KingCenter is a software, should be installed at the computer with Windows XP or Win7, and connect to a GSM Modem(GM-02 or GM-03), insert the SIMCard into the GSM Modem.
Control the GSM SMS Alarm System or GSM SMS Controllers from KingCenter:
When the user want to send out SMS Commands to control the GSM SMS Alarm Systems or GSM SMS Controllers, he can input the commands in the KingCenter or click the quickly button to send out the SMS to the GSM Modem via USB or RS232 cable. Once the GSM Modem received the SMS text, will send out the SMS Commands to the expected GSM SMS Alarm Systems or GSM SMS Controllers via wireless GSM Network.
Receiving Alarm Message at KingCenter:
When the subscribed GSM SMS Alarm System or GSM SMS Controllers alarm, it will send the SMS Alarm message to the KingCenter, the KingCenter will display the Subscriber’s detail information and sounds to warn the officer who at the monitoring room. Meanwhile, the KingCenter will automatically create a relational SMS then send to the assigned Guard or patrol officers immediately to process the alarm events.

8. Programmable SMS Commands make it suitable for different GSM Devices;
9. Data export, backup, recovery function ensure the data more safety;
10. Event logs record the logs of the whole system;
11. Sound warning, the sounds can be defined by users;
12. Automatically send subscriber’s alarm message to assigned Guard or patrol officers;
13. Display subscriber’s all information while alarm occurrence;
14. Supports 1 channel GSM Modem(GM-02), and 4-Channel GSM Modems.

3. How about the Shipping?
- The DHL,UPS,Fedex,TNT usually calculate the shipment based on measure size or weight. They compare the measurement size in Cube meters and Gross weight, and choose the large value to calculate the shipment cost. (Calculation Formula is : L*W*H/5000=Measurement Size weight, unit is cm)

- Our recommends:
For samples, ship by Express, usually 3-5days.
While place small order, try to make the finial weight more than 21Kg.
If the order weight less than 100Kg, recommend to ship them by Express.
If the weight is 101kg~200kg recommend to ship them by Air-cargo or express;
If the weight is above 200kgs, recommend to ship them by air cargo or by sea.
- For small order by express, 20-30 pcs per order is the best.
4. What's the delivery time?
- Sample within 1-3days;
- Wholesales 4-7days according different quantities;
- OEM 7-14 days after all info confirmed.
- ODM depends on the detail requirements.
5. What is the warranty of your company?
- 2~3 years warranty for the main unit; one year warranty for the accessories.
- Please send back the defective goods within the warranty period, we will repair them or send you new free.
- Please send to us some pictures and video about it need to confirm your problem then we will send you free new goods or parts instead.
6. Can you do the design for us?
Yes, Just tell us your idea (logo,text., etc) and our professional R&D team will help to carry out your ideas into reality.
