Smoke Oven is one of the necessary equipments in the process of meat cooking, with the function of boiling, drying, roasting, smoking, air exhausting, cleaning and auto protection function and so on.

 

Characteristics:

 

1.  Adopted PLC and computerized auto control;

 

2.  All kinds of parameters, such as temperature, time, humidity, can be shown in one control interface, the running state can be in real-time monitored;

 

3.  100 different recipes can be stored, one or more(less than 9) can be used in the processing;

 

4.  Can be connected with computer and printer, realizing the function of remote controlling and printing out the recipes, humidity and temperature curve;

 

5.  Unique air circulation system, which ensures the consistency of temperature and humidity in the products processing, has the characteristic of color homogeneity;

 

6.  Adopted stainless steel of high quality, inner and outer all-welded structure;

 

7.  External smoking system; the working state of smoke generator can regulated by control system;

 

8.  External steam heating or electric heating system;

 

9.  Spraying system;

 

10. Can choose water circulation cleaning equipment;

 

11. Adopted modularization structure. Single or double row arrangement can be provided.
