Working Theory:
Flour, water and additive are mixed by stirrer. They are turned, kneald, streched and squeezed in one bowel for about 10 minuts untill be a good dough.
Process:
1. Put in flour , WATER and ADDITIVE one by one, close cover tightly.
2. Start the machine, and keep it work safely.
3. After about 10 minuts till the dough was OK, stop the direction switch, the dough will unload itself
