1. Could you do design for us?
Yes, we can do artwork including printing, logo etc. for you,
if you provide us the content and tell us where to put.
2.How can we place order?
PI for your confirmation---place the order and delivery the goods within 5 working days after receiving
your payment (deposit)---QC report with the goods---ship goods to destination port as your required.
If you have your own ship forwarder, we will use your ship forwarder to delivery goods.
If you don't have ship forwarder, then when the goods arrived at destination port, you must find a ship
forwarder to help you clear the custom.
3.What's your payment term?
100% T/T paid before sending goods. Small amount payment can through Paypal or Escrow.
please confirm everything clearly before you make payment.
4.What’s your delivery time?
Within 5 working days after payment confirmed, customized products need 10~15 working days.
5.How to solve the problem of your equipment?
Please send us email of the problem, pictures or a small video will be much better,
we will find the problem and tell you how to solve it.
If there is a broken, we will send you a new part, and it is free in the warranty period.
6.Do you still provide service beyond the warranty?
Yes. Our warranty is one year from the delivery date, we also provide service beyond the warranty period,
but it will not free for the broken parts.
