Brief introduction Explosion-proof Rotary Evaporator
Rotary Evaporator is under normal/negative pressure, with constant heating, use the different boiling point of the
liquid material to get your target solvent.
Rotary Evaporator is widely used in the process like Concentration, Refining, Separation, Crystallization, etc. Waste Water Evaporator mainly applied in Bio-chemical, Pharmaceutical & Fine-Chemical Trades.
Features of Explosion-proof Rotary Evaporator
• GG-17 (3.3) high borosilicate glass, with good performance
• Excellent sealing performance, Ultimate vacuum reached pump vacuum rate 133pa
• Liftable bath with intelligent temperature controller
• System vacuum does not drop during discharging shift. Sample received keeps
consistent quality.
• PTFE (Teflon) no-liquid -accumulation discharging valve, no-dead-angle reaction,
complete PTFE valve, anti-corrosion, no pollution to solvent .
• Ex-motor optional

During the process of evaporation, the negative pressure
always down due to the saturation vapor and the micro-
leak of the connections. To keep the negative pressure, users have to keep the vacuum pump working or control it manually. VC-100C vacuum controller can control the system vacuum, and solve these problems.
Low temperature chiller
5l~100l and -120℃~20℃ customer optional.
Heating oil bath
5l~100l and 99℃~200℃ customer optional.
