Ⅰ Introduction of single layer glass reactor:
This series reactor is made according to customer’s actual requirements and new standards single-layer
glass reaction vessels. It absorbs the advantages of similar products at home and broad and also makes

moving, operating, cleaning, installing, and unloading); novel & practical structure; beautiful appearance;
leading domestic. It is an ideal instrument for modern chemistry, fine chemicals, bio-pharmaceuticals, new
materials synthesis, test, and production.
Ⅱ Feature of single layer glass reactor:
1. GG17 high quality silicon glass with good chemical-physical attribute.
2. Deceleration stirring, operating steady; High Torque; No spark.
3. PTFE sealing; Patented product; Keeping nice vacuum degree and long life.
4. All new stainless steel frame structure (the joints three or four are all stainless steel).
5. The smallest or PTFE no-dead angle bottom discharge valve.
6. Reactor laminated solution can be completely drained after the reaction, without leaking.
7. The supporting interface can be customized, and can be conveniently connected with other equipment.
8. Customize all kinds of parts about the whole sets based on clients’ different demands.
Ⅲ Technical data of single layer glass reactor:
*Voltage can be customized to 380V.
*Stirring and torque can be customized according to customers’ requirements
*Temperature can be customized to 300℃
*Refrigeration components are optional
*Rotating speed can be up to 2000rpm max.
*250ml. 500ml, 150L, 200L are also available. Also we can manufacture as your requirements.
Inlet of single layer glass reactor
*Multi-functional swig and hand can stretch into,(120 or 125 flange ),facilitate charging and cleaning.
*PTFE lid, corrosion resistance, sealed performance is good.
*And with standard contains 180 ℃ intelligent constant temperature oil bath heating system.
Mixing system of single glass reactor
*PTFE seals mixing mouth and stainless steel frequency mixing system corrosion resistance, wear- resisting, high strength, high tightness.
