Metal Briquetting Machine
Introduction of metal briquetting machine:
Y83 series of scrap metal hydraulic briquetting machine (scrap caking machine), applicable to the aluminum factory, cast steel factory, cast aluminum factory, cast copper factory, can press and briquette aluminum scrap, steel scrap, scrap iron, copper scrap to be recycled, replacing scrap steel, pig iron, aluminum ingots, copper scrap as raw materials, can reduce the burning loss. This equipment can be crumbs of cast iron, steel scrap, copper scrap, aluminum scrap, such as direct cold pressing into 3 ~ 6 kg of cylindrical cake pieces, in order to facilitate transport, cast furnace, the whole process without heating, additives, or other processes. The density of cast iron after suppressing can be up to 5 ~ 6 t/m3. This product can also according to customer's requirements, the use domestic or imported hydraulic, electrical components, with automatic feeding and weighing device. The Y83-500 type hydraulic press for metal swarf briquetting designed for copper factory, briquette density more than 7 t/m3, is an ideal product to suppress leaded brass.
