The high precision constant tension single spindle winding machine is mainly used for textile, chemical fiber,yarn making, light industry and electronic industry etc. This winding machine owns advantages of high speed, good bobbin formation, automatic constant tension, low loss etc, it’s superior to other products of the same type. It’s applied for taking up yarn with density range of 60-280 tex; width range of 1-6mm (width range > 6mm can be custom-made in limited range). It’s suitable for folding thread, split film yarn, carbon fiber, stainless steel fiber, as well as for round wire, spun, foamed filament, vegetable fiber yarn, soft metal silk ribbon, paper yarn, blended yarn etc.
This machine by magnetic disc, adjust the winder speed to be synchronized with the extruder. Main components are made of superior material and by imported CNC machine one step finished. The quality of these components is excellent and the working life is much longer.
The winding speed is above 280m/min.
