If our company does not meet the shipping time or pre-shipment product quality requirements in your contract, will refund up to the covered amount for your order.

The refund payment for the Trade Assurance Amount, if not paid by the supplier, comes from and/or it's affiliated company. If a dispute related to shipment delivery time or quality is deemed to be the fault of the supplier, will first refund the buyer, and then recover the amount from the supplier. In case of supplier non-payment of the debt, will bear the loss.

Once your Trade Assurance order is complete, you have 60 days to leave feedback.
