Range of application
The equipment is widely used in grain depot, feed mill, rice mill, flour mill and chemical industries for cleaning grain before entering the granary. It can remove large, medium, small and light impurities, especially straws, wheat and rice chaff, corn cob and silk etc with good cleaning effect. The machine adopts mobile operation and can be used together with conveyor belt to feed upper and lower. With compact structure, convenience, excellent cleaning efficiency, it is the ideal cleaning equipment before grain entering the granary.
Materials of design
a. The machine adopts famous "SIEMENS" or "WANNAN" motor; "Hard Tooth Surface Reducer" and "BAOFEI" vibrating motor.
b. The four corners of sieve are supported by imported "Austria" rubber springs.
c. The screen frame is made of steel, with at least ten years' service life.
d. The screen deck is made of finest manganese plate or stainless steel screen mesh can be customized.
e. The cycle air separator adopts double adjusting doors and double screw conveyors, with the better effect of closing wind and discharging.

FAQ
Q1. What flour mill capacity can you provide?
A: We produce 30-500 tons/24 hours, which means processing 30-500 tons wheat/corn per day.
Q2: Can wheat, corn and rice produced on the same production line?
A: Wheat, corn and rice normally can not producing on the same production line. Because the wheat grain and corn grain has different physical property and some parts need different equipments. Even the same equipments, the model is different.
Q3: What factors need to be considered to design and install a whole set of flour milling equipments?
A: Flour milling design need to consider the wheat/corn you are using, local geographical conditions, climate, power type, customer's request etc. So flour milling machine is different for customer from different country.
Q4: What payment terms do you accept?
A: T/T, 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment or L/C at sight.
