Excellent automatic FQFD series purifier grain flour machine with great efficiency
RANGE OF APPLICATION
FQFD-series purifier grain flour machine is used for extracting pure wheat core for core millstones to grind low ash flour and granular flour (commonly known as “sand” flour). It is an indispensable equipment in flour milling plant to improve purity of wheat core and produce high quality flour.
MATERIALS OF PURIFIER GRAIN FLOUR MACHINE
a. The four corners are supported by imported “Austria” rubber springs.
b. Screen body and screen frame adopt imported “Austria” rubber bearing upper and lower connecting swing mechanism equipment.
c. Screen body’s blanking part adopts high strength aluminum alloy material, and carries on later electrophoresis treatment to enhance the strength and anti oxidation of aluminum alloy.
d. Vibrating motor adopts famous brand “Baofei” motor.
