The vibrating table features
1.In the working process, By adjusting the vibrating force, the material can realize a ideal type;
2.The vibrating motor is vibrating source. Low noise and consumption, and be easy to maintain;
3.Simple structure. Light weight, small volume, reliable working, and be easy to install;
4.Vibration model: up to down, screw vibration and dimensional vibration;
5.Large power and platform, Max power can arrive to 7.5kw. Max loading: 8 T;
6.Height can be adjustable. So it is suitable for product line.

The maintaince:
1.when it starts or stops. If there is a large amplitude fluctuation in several seconds. It is usual.
2.When the machine leave factory, the excitation force is the rated 50%. If you need increase or
decrease the excitation force, you can adjust it according to your requirement.
3. after the vibrating table are used, at the first week, a check for screw is necessary everyday.
After the first week, the check could be changed one time every week. If the screw loose. Just
fasten it again.
