Brief introduction

This series vibration motor is three-phase 380V, 50HZ induction motor, enclosed, self -cooled , horizontal installation. When the vibration motor in continuous operation ,the ambient air shall not contain corrosive and explosive gases , the ambient temperature must not exceed 40 degrees.

Working principle

1.This product consists of a special design of the motor plus eccentric block , when the motor rotates , the eccentric block generating excitation force by a motor is transmitted to the vibrating machinery .

2.simply adjust both ends of the outer eccentric block and eccentric block to form a certain angle so that the exciting force can be adjusted steplessly.

The adjustment of vibration force

A.Vibration motor each end end out shaft are fixed aeccentric block and a adjustable eccentric block.

B.Adjusting the angle between the eccentric block and fixed eccentric block can change the size of the excitation force .

C.Factory the angle between the adjustable eccentric block and the fixed eccentric block is 0 degrees,at this time the exciting force of the vibration motor is rated exciting force F.

Special attention

When adjust the vibration force,the shaft vibration motor at both ends of the adjustable eccentric block must be adjusted to the same direction and same angle. Otherwise, the vibration force will be uneven, lead to reduce vibration motor life and vibration effect
