Why do these medicines need to screening ?

 1.In the processing of drug powders, pharmaceutical companies have difficulty with  stamping tablets due to the fines present in tablet granulations. Gaofu was able to eliminate this problem, while improving the quality of the product, increasing production rate and cutting costs. A round separator now removes all fines from granular material, resulting in a more uniform and better appearing tablet. There are also fewer product rejects. Gafou Separators have been so successful in the dry screening that the machines are now used for screening liquid pharmaceuticals to remove undissolved particles of medicaments.

 2.Producers of granulized powders for drug manufacturers at one time used a manually operated device to size pharmaceutical powders. This was a costly, timely, cumbersome, and inaccurate process. A Gaofu Separator provided a more judicious, simple and accurate process with minimal expense. All powdered drugs are quickly screened in minimum time with complete accuracy. Additionally, the separators are available with casters for easy movement around a laboratory setting to perform a wide variety of pharmaceutical screening.

3.Manufacturers of time-release drugs require the end-product be in a certain micron-size range at the end of the process. These very fine sphere-shaped powders are then distributed to hospitals and other medical facilities to be mixed with solutions for injection into patients. If the spheres are too small, the drug may release into the body too quickly. If they are too large, they may obstruct the needle and not make it into the body at all. So precision is a must. Over the years, these manufacturers have taken full advantage of the Gaofu Pharmaceutical Aseptic Separator (PharmASep). The drug, which begins the process as slurry, is introduced into the PharmASep to separate out the liquid and any solids outside of the required micron range. The product is then vacuum-dried inside of the PharmASep. Once the drying process is complete, the powder is discharged from the machine for final processing. All of these steps are accomplished without opening the machine or handling the product. Additionally, the PharmASep's no-gap design allows full CIP/SIP capability.
