 Working principle of food processing sieve shaker                                                                        

1. By changing the eccentric block’s included angle (the upper and down), the motion  material moves on the mesh ill be changed. So that the screening target will be realized. 

2. By means of a hammer (unbalance hammer) mounted along the motor shaft, S49 Series 3-D rotary shaker machine convert the rotation of the motor into a 3-D movement, i.e. horizontal, vertical and inclined movement, and then the 3-D movement is transferred to the screen surface, which leads to an involute movement of the materials on the screen surface

3. Changing different agles ,  different materials for screening : powder , granule and mucilage .
