Why we choose microwave dryer compared with traditional heating devices?
Answer:
1. Traditional heating device heat from outside in, relying on the conduction of the center of the material being heated. Microwave itself is not hot, but the microwave energy could penetrate material, resulting in the friction between polar molecules inside the material and generate internal heat.
2. Traditional heating device require higher external temperatures to heat the center of the product, the surface will become overheated, this will reduce the material's quality. Main charaters of microwave dryer
The device uses the microwave heating principle, the flower in the process of heating, dehydration, softening, volatile smell of grass, the activity of the purified enzyme, appearance, colour and lustre is good. 4. Sterilization and alcoholization: therel will be probably second pollution to the material during making process. This microwave drying equipment also have sterilizing and alcoholizing function.
