Description
The conveyors are mainly composed of conveyor frame, belt, roller, transmission device and so on. The frame is made of high-quality steel.The frame is equipped with belt roller or carrier roller to support conveyor belt. In the drive unit, there are gear motor drive and motor pulley drive. Which are advanced and simple in structure, easy to maintain.
The Belt Conveyors can be operated in the circumstance temperature range from -20℃ to +40℃. The temperature of transferred material by this Belt Conveyor should be lower than 50℃.~
Belt conveyor is a kind of machine that to transfer the material continuously.The belt works under the effect of frictional force.It is not only the components to transfer the material,but also the components to transfer the force.The belt conveyor is advance and simple in structure,easy to maintain.its transfer capacity is high,transfer distance is long.they are widely used in tallurgical and coal industry to transfer sandy or lump material,or packaged material.In many situation,it is a very important component of nonstandard machinery.

According to different transferring equipment, the transfer system can be one independently or multi-conveyors or combined with other transfer equipments. The Belt Conveyor can be installed horizontally or aslope to meet the needs of different transfer lines.
The mobile belt conveyor consists of two parts: the main structure and support structure.
The main structure is made of much stronger material. With optimized design, it can be suitable for special occasions and severe working conditions.
Special designs are made to the support structures to realize the advantages of convenient movement and variable angle. The designs include:
1. Tires are used for convenience of movement;
2. Hydraulic system will be easy for adjustment of angle;
3. At the front and middle stress point of belt conveyor, telescoping support are fixed to make the conveyor more stable and safer.

Standard export containers,bare main machine, motors and small parts are packed in wooden cases.
